Return Policy
  • 14-day return period applies (also in accordance with EU law).
  • The goods must be in undamaged condition, with labels and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • In case of damage or signs of use, additional costs of 50% of the value of the goods may be charged.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.

International orders:

  • Any customs or import duties are charged according to the
    regulations of the buyer's country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipment
  • We ship worldwide.
  • If your country is not available on the list when placing an order, please write to me.
  • Standard delivery time: 1–10 business days , depending on location and carrier.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • We use the services of DHL, FedEx, DPD and local carriers (e.g. InPost).
  • Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties and taxes.
