Returns

• A 14-day return policy applies (also in accordance with EU law).
• The item must be in intact condition, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• In case of damage or signs of use, additional costs may be charged in the amount of 50% of the item’s value.
• Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.
• For international orders, any customs duties or import fees are based on the regulations of your country and will be the buyer’s responsibility. We will be happy to answer any questions on this matter if you need guidance.
